You post your sessions, one off or recurring, share your personal booking link, and clients book and pay in two taps on the web or in their client app. Payouts land in your bank via Stripe. You run calendar, payments, chat, and packages from the coach app on your phone.

They open your personal link, the one in your Instagram bio, see your open sessions on a clean calendar, tap the one they want, and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card. The same flow works in the client app once they are connected. They get an instant confirmation and a reminder before the session, with no account creation hurdles.

Payments run on Stripe. Depending on your setup, money is paid out through your connected Stripe account, or routed through our platform account with a pending payout to you. Stripe, not us, handles the card details, and we never store them.

Yes. Payments run on Stripe, the same platform used by Shopify, Substack, and millions of independent businesses worldwide. We never touch or hold your money. Stripe pays you directly into your bank account, and your clients card details are handled by Stripe, never stored by us.

Yes. That is the live gate. Set a minimum, collect sign-ups without charging anyone, approve who is in, then go live and cards charge. No collecting then refunding when the numbers come in light.

Coaches use the coach app to run their business: post sessions, manage clients, see revenue, message people. Clients get their own client app for messaging, bookings, and reminders, tailored to how they use Tremo. They can also book and pay from the web link you share without downloading anything. Neither app is required for clients to book. The coach pays, the client does not.

No. Clients can book and pay on the web in two taps, with no download and no account friction. Regular clients often use the client app for chat, their calendar, and faster rebooking, but it is never required.

Anywhere Stripe operates, which is more than 40 countries including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe, with Germany, Czechia, and the rest of the EU. Stripe handles local payment methods and your local currency automatically.

English at launch in both apps and on the web. German and Czech are next, with more European languages to follow based on where our coaches are. The booking link your clients see displays in their browser language where translations exist.

You do not need to. Start fresh from your next session: post it, share your link, and clients book straight in on the web or in the app. For existing clients, mass invite sends them a link to connect in the app with one click, so you can chat and track their package credits without adding anyone manually.
