Who we are
Tremo ("we", "us") operates the tremocoach.com website and related waitlist and booking services for independent sports coaches and their clients.

What we collect
When you join a waitlist or affiliate interest form, we collect the information you submit, typically your email address, Instagram handle, and answers about your coaching business or referral interest.
When you book a session through a coach's public page, we collect your name, email, phone number, and any message you include. We may create or match a client account so you can manage your booking.
We collect basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) through our hosting provider when you use the site.
How we use your data
Waitlist and affiliate signups are stored so we can review interest, contact you about early access, and improve the product.
Booking data is used to confirm sessions, process payments through Stripe, and connect you with your coach inside the Tremo app.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Legal basis & retention
We process waitlist data based on your request to join and our legitimate interest in running a pre launch product. Booking data is processed to perform the session booking contract between you and your coach.
We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed. Booking records are kept as long as required for payments, disputes, and legal obligations.
Third parties
We use Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payments). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Coach public pages are controlled by individual coaches. When you book, your coach receives the information needed to run the session.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

Changes
We may update this policy as the product launches. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
