Agreement

By using tremocoach.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Tremo provides software that helps coaches publish sessions, accept bookings, and get paid. The Site is currently in a pre launch, early access phase.

Waitlist & early access

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access or any particular pricing. We may contact you about onboarding in batches.

Information you submit must be accurate. We may flag suspicious entries for manual review.

Coach public pages & bookings

Coaches are responsible for the sessions they publish, their pricing, cancellations, and compliance with local laws.

When you book as a client, you enter into a direct arrangement with your coach for the session. Tremo provides the booking and payment tooling; we are not the coach and do not deliver the training service.

Paid sessions are processed through Stripe. Refunds and disputes for session quality are primarily between you and your coach, though we may help where our tools are involved.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site. No spam signups, automated scraping, attempts to bypass security, or unlawful content.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or harmed other users.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" during early access. We work to keep it reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Tremo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or any coaching session booked through it.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
