Right of Withdrawal — Tremo Account

This concerns your contract with Mucha Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt) about the use of Tremo itself. It does not concern bookings or purchases you make from a Coach — see Right of Withdrawal — Bookings and Purchases from Coaches.

1. Free accounts

1.1 Tremo accounts are currently provided free of charge.

1.2 We do not process your personal data for advertising, profiling, sale, or any other purpose beyond operating the platform and complying with our legal obligations. This corresponds to the Privacy Policy, which confirms that no analytics, advertising or tracking tools are in use.

1.3 A statutory right of withdrawal is therefore unlikely to apply to your account contract (§ 312 Abs. 1a BGB applies only where personal data is used beyond performance of the contract and legal compliance). Regardless, we grant you the following contractual right of withdrawal.

2. Withdrawal

2.1 You may withdraw from your Tremo account contract within 14 days of registration, without giving reasons.

2.2 Inform us by a clear statement:

2.3 Sending your statement before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

2.4 As the account is free of charge, no payments fall to be reimbursed. On withdrawal we close your account and delete your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, subject to statutory retention obligations.

2.5 Independently of this, you may delete your account at any time. For most users this is the simpler route and has the same practical effect.

2.6 Withdrawal from your account contract does not withdraw you from contracts already concluded with a Coach. Those follow their own rules. Bookings already paid for remain to be delivered or refunded by the Coach.

3. Paid Coach subscriptions

Reserved. Not currently in effect.

3.1 Where a paid Tremo subscription for Coach accounts is offered through the Apple App Store, the purchase is concluded with Apple, not with Mucha Solutions UG. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under your Apple account and Apple's own terms. The same is stated in Coach Terms § 7.3.

3.2 A withdrawal or refund request for such a subscription must therefore be addressed to Apple. Cancellation is made in your Apple subscription settings. We cannot cancel or refund an Apple-billed subscription.

3.3 Where a paid Tremo subscription is at any point sold by us directly rather than through Apple, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to Coaches acting as consumers, and a full instruction, a cancellation button under § 312k BGB, and the applicable price-display duties will be provided before purchase. Coaches who have declared trader status under Coach Terms § 2.2 have no statutory right of withdrawal.
